Since our first single-family rental in 2004, we've grown a portfolio from 9 rentals to managing up to 24 doors. Formally founded in 2019, JBS Real Estate Investments LLC was built on decades of hands-on experience — remodeling our own rentals gave us the skills to self-general contract projects and streamline the entire investment process.
We source deals, plan every budget, and manage each project from purchase to finish. Our strategy centers on properties with multiple exit strategies, conservative budgets, and thorough contingency planning.
